From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'EveryoneDatacenter' started with a vision: transporting true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizzeria began as a quaint, family-owned shop, maintaining recipes passed through generations.
Our founder, Marco Bianchi, mastered pizza craft during her Italian journey, learning from Naples' pizza masters—the pizza innovators. She returned to the UK with a resolve to offer the same Italian pizza experience, emphasizing traditional craft and prime ingredients.
Originally a cozy venue with just twelve seats, it's emerged as a cherished local eatery. Yet, our devotion to excellence and tradition stands strong. We preserve the wood-fired oven practice, prepare dough from scratch each day, and procure the best ingredients available.
Maintaining its family foundation, 'EveryoneDatacenter' is now steered by the Bianchi clan's next lineage. We've embraced certain modern enhancements, but our core principle endures: make sumptuous, authentic pizzas that unite people.
